We work with our client's engineering staff and manufacturing partners to develop the right solutions for your end product.  Our core business is provision of convenient mechanical design engineering resources.  We perform design services in CATIAv5 or Solidworks.  Our structural/mechanical analysis team will perform static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.

Engineering Staff

Our technical staff employs a systems engineering approach to problems through clarification of work statements and specifications/requirements. Through preliminary and critical design reviews, we attain customer approval and acceptance of design specifications and requirements. We adhere to ASME/ISO quality standards. Technical quality and completeness comes first. Technical products developed by KTM Solutions are producible and are designed for optimal cost efficiency whether the designs are intended for a large production run or prototype/trial part. The technical engineering staff is comprised of seasoned structural/mechanical designer engineers and analysts providing direction to draftsmen trained in the latest computer aided design tools. Our specialties include:

Mechanical Design:

Prototype and production – Product design and development from conception to prototype to production, finite element analysis, classical static strength analysis, fatigue and damage tolerance

Manufacturing Drawings – Accurate, fully detailed and dimensioned production style drawings, created from concept or existing parts or assemblies 

Project Management/Systems Engineering – Development of project architectures and organization alignments, processes and measurement/metrics plans

 Prototyping:

Rapid prototype of conceptual ideas – Dimensionally accurate sample parts before making large investments

Marketing models – Physical product for use in marketing campaigns

 Manufacturing Improvement:

Design for Manufacturing – Refine designs to increase production volumes

Reverse Design – Recreate manufacturing definition from obsolete parts
