PAUL V. KUMLER, P.E.

Paul is currently serving as President of KTM SOLUTIONS, INC.  He and his wife, Ginger, founded the company in 2005.  Prior to KTM, Paul served as a Director of Engineering for two fortune 50 aircraft companies.  In addition to technical leadership. his leadership included fiduciary responsibility (in excess of $30MM).

Prior to entering management, Kumler was a structural/mechanical designer and manufacturing liaison engineer on both military and commercial aircraft platforms. His experience covers preliminary layout through detail parts design and MRB liaison engineering. Through these experiences, Paul developed an appreciation for efficient design.

 

KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. was founded to operate on the highest level of ethical integrity and professionalism.  Paul was troubled by what he saw as a decline in the professionalism of engineering and the difficulty of finding high quality engineering outsourcing support.  KTM was founded as a company where engineers work in an environment that fosters professionalism, personal responsibility and satisfaction through the love of engineering and achievement for our clients.

With more than 20 years of senior aircraft engineering management and process/organizational development experience, Paul has seen many of the challenges your company faces daily. His education includes a Mechanical Engineering bachelors degree, 1983, Louisiana Tech University as well as graduate work at Wichita State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina.
