KTM SOLUTIONS enables aircraft and automotive companies to successfully complete urgent mechanical design projects without enlarging or overwhelming their current staff.  We will establish a relationship with your engineering, technical, and/or manufacturing group to provide consistent results and "get it done now" support.  Our relationship with EATON is a prime example of this support model.  KTM and EATON Corporation have a long term time and material support agreement where EATON can call the KTM engineering group or transmit a work request via e-mail for immediate turn around.  On most projects, the turn around is within 48 hours.  KTM is truly a virtual extension of the EATON engineering group.  The following is a quote from one of EATON's engineering leaders regarding some of our engineering staff.

Aircraft Modification Design

The right resources at the right time, fully equipped to perform.  KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. sent one of our structural designers to Wichita, Kansas to support an aircraft modification program during a critical phase of development.  The original tasking was not to exceed 2 months in duration.  However, our engineer, using KTM Computing resources and CATIA V5 license completed his taking in about 50% of the time that our client had allocated.  Our client extended the contract beyond the initial 2 months to 4 months and increased the KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. work statement.  Our technical team built enough credibility with the local engineering group that our staff was able to perform some of his work from our offices in Greenville.  Satisfying a clients needs, that's what we are all about.

ISO 9001:2000 Quality Systems

One of our clients recently reorganized, combining two ISO 9001:2000 certified business units.  As a result of the consolidation, our client needed to revise their Quality System Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives as well as integrate their working processes/procedures.  Additionally, our client needed assistance developing their ISO management review process.  KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. provided support and experience our client needed.  The first week of August 2005, our client successfully passed their ISO Quality Audit.  Following the audit, our client included the following statement in a summary report to their internal management team.  "The results were outstanding with no major or minor non-conformances.  Additionally, our management review process was cited as a best practice".

Solutions for Non-Profits

KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. provided technical assistance to a non-profit organization in development of hydraulic pumps for use in 3rd world countries.  A KTM engineer reviewed Hydromissions International concepts for low cost pumping solutions.   This equipment will provide much needed water to communities that currently don’t have access to clean water.  KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. also assisted Hydromissions International in the establishment of management plans and tools to efficiently run their business.  By applying systems engineering techniques, KTM SOLUTIONS, INC. developed a low cost management plan.
