Manufacturing Production Support
With our roots in the aerospace industry, KTM has since shifted into the production support company that we are today. Our registered mechanical engineers (PE) perform and oversee the design and manufacture of custom machines, tooling and structural assemblies. Using a combination of industry-accepted structural analysis methods and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations, KTM Solutions will review designs and author PE-sealed structural reports and drawings. Our work is completed in accordance with industry standards, proven engineering principles, and the NSPE code of ethics.
Registered Mechanical Engineers
KTM's staff includes registered Professional Engineers (PE) who are qualified to design and provide analysis for a wide range of structures, machines, lifting systems, and fixtures. We comply with governmental requirements and industry standards to ensure that our design and analysis services make safety and optimal performance top priorities. Structural analysis services are available, using both traditional industry-accepted methods and finite element analysis (FEA) simulations for static and dynamic applications. KTM engineers hold licenses in several states.
