Build-to-Print Services

Fabrication

KTM Solutions has the ability to manufacture and deliver anything we design. Our fabrication shop is ready to perform build-to-print services as your outsourced manufacturer. And as an extension of services, KTM will provide improvement ideas for build-to-print designs.

Low-to-Medium Volume Manufacturing

Need a prototype (one-off) part? No problem. We will also support low- to medium-volume production.

Welding

Located on the I-85 corridor between Greenville and Spartanburg, South Carolina, KTM Solutions supports manufacturing companies with manufacturing and fabrication services. KTM’s lead welder is AWS D1.1 qualified with 25+ years of welding experience.
Our shop has the ability to cut, grind, and weld a wide variety of materials for diverse profiles for diverse uses and applications, along with a network of sources to finish weldments to our customers’ specifications such as

  • Powder coat

  • Black oxide

  • Paint
