Life lessons from business: #3—Stare down the dragon

KTM Solutions celebrated 15 years in business this year. As with any venture, KTM’s life has involved highs and lows, with bouts of uncertainty in between. It can be tough for business owners to distinguish between the things they can control and the things they can’t. Regarding these moments, KTM President and Co-Founder Paul Kumler notes, “At times, I felt like I was fighting a dragon of unbalanced uncertainty, doubt and fear.”
