New Horizons: Congratulations and Thank You to KTM’s Founders

Our founders, Paul and Ginger Kumler, are retiring today: April 1, 2022. Dev Belflower, previously our COO, will take on the role of president.

Dev has been with the company since its first year in business, working his way up through management and now to company ownership. Under his leadership, KTM will continue offering the design, analysis, and manufacturing services that it has been our joy to provide to this point.

Even when the changes taking place are good, saying goodbye is never easy. We’re grateful for the seventeen years Paul and Ginger have spent with this company and for the investment they’ve made in each employee, contractor, and intern.

The brief tribute below is adapted from a plaque that will hang in the KTM main office to memorialize their contribution and accomplishment. Paul and Ginger, from all of us, thank you!

After a career with Fortune 500 aerospace companies, husband and-wife team Paul and Ginger Kumler founded KTM Solutions in Greenville, South Carolina, on April 21, 2005. What started as a small venture out of their basement has grown into a thriving company, partnering with hundreds of clients to deliver quality engineering services while putting people first.

KTM Solutions has a culture of excellence, integrity, innovation, and passion while maintaining a heart of teaching. These values set the tone for interactions among employees, vendors, and clients. Although the business has changed and grown over the years, the values the Kumlers instilled in their employees remain the driving force to our success.
