New Apprentice
Edgar Ramirez joined the KTM Solutions technical staff as a Mechanical Design Apprentice supporting all engineering product lines. Ramirez is a student at Greenville Technical College and is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. “We are enthused to have Edgar join our technical staff. Our engineering staff enjoys working with students that have a passion for design. As we got to know Edgar through the interview process, it was clear that he has a hunger to learn and develop his engineering skills," says Paul V. Kumler, President, KTM Solutions. KTM Solutions works with local high schools and technical colleges to provide a practical learning experience for promising students. Almost 40 students have participated in the KTM Solutions internship program since beginning in 2006. KTM provides engineering services to the aerospace and mechanical design industries. The company anticipates continued increases in all technical services.
