Senior Leadership—COO and Operations Manager
Thomas D. (Dev) Belflower III, P.E., has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO). In his role as COO, Belflower will assume daily leadership of all operational aspects of the company.
In addition, Jacob McDaris has been promoted to Operations Manager reporting directly to Belflower. McDaris, who filled this role in an interim capacity, will lead and manage all internal and external manufacturing operations.
The operations manager is a new role at KTM Solutions. “Both Dev and Jacob have worked hard to prove their ability to lead and handle additional responsibility. Both of these leaders will be key in the growth and development of KTM Solutions, Inc.”, says Paul V. Kumler, KTM Solutions President and co-founder. The company announced that these changes are intended to accommodate growth in business. Over the next 12 months, KTM Solutions expects to triple it manufacturing staff.
